I can hear it now " Build walls ever so high with lots of bricks and mortar around me, and I can get out with some help from my cronies and hard earned tax payer money. But draw a chalk line around me and have me give my word of honor that I won't leave. Can I get out? Of course, since when does my word mean anything. And then I'll send you to a labor camp for illegal use of Soviet chalk.
