Happy B-Day America

Independence day just isn't the same when you're not in USA. I started my day with the national anthem though. ooh, play it for me Jimi.

David, James, Chase, Nick, and Lane at TGI Fridays

I once thought that Russians were logical and good judges of character, I changed my mind when I met the girl who was crazy enough to sell us these sweet boy scout treasures. Woo hoo....

Only one babushka yelled at us for loud noises. Successful night.

Raise 'em high for America boys
Dave, James, Justin, Nick

Nick and Lane with sparklers

Ooo look at me write my name..

Here is James with "The Jupiter" the $10 super rocket. This is going to be good.

Or not... After lighting it, we all realized that it wasn't flying off (it was stuck too deep in the ground) so we scattered to avoid the explosion. Not exactly what we were hoping for but hey, what's 250 rubles anyways?

Miller with a roman candle. I liked this the best.

Happy Birthday America... Your displaced sons in Russia love you.

I'm glad you found ways to celebrate your American-ness even though you were in Russia for the 4th. Way to represent.
